How to Initiate a Return?
- • THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY IN PHARMAXY AFTER DISPATCH OF PRODUCT.
- • If you have received a wrong product, raise your concern by calling/WhatsApp (9am-9pm) us on +91-9051294444.
- • If you have received a damaged product, Pharmaxy needs an opening parcel video of the product.
- • You can initiate a cancellation request at any stage before dispatch by raising a ticket/request on the Android app/website or by calling us on +91-9051294444.
What Cannot Be Returned?
- • Items cannot be returned if they have been dispatched from the Pharmaxy.
- • Products related to all types of medicines, personal care, baby care, healthcare devices (such as glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, thermometers, oximeters, etc.), as well as all COVID essential products & all types of products and services available on the Pharmaxy mobile app/website, are non-returnable. Also, all cold storage products are non-returnable due to temperature maintenance reasons.
